Takbo’s product offering spans colour cosmetics, toiletries, fragrances, and beauty bags, enabling us to support customers across multiple beauty and personal care categories. While our beauty products are manufactured in-house, selected packaging materials and components, such as make-up brushes, are sourced from external suppliers to complete each customer’s product requirements.

Quality Control System

Takbo maintains a quality control system that complies with international standards, covering every stage of production from raw material sourcing to manufacturing, packaging and final delivery. Our Cosbe Facility first obtained ISO 9001 certification in 2006 and GMPC certification in 2008, and has continued to conform with these standards.

  • Quality control begins with the sourcing and inspection of raw materials, packaging materials and production supplies.

  • Products are monitored throughout manufacturing to ensure consistency, safety and compliance with required standards.

  • Finished products are checked before delivery to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality expectations.

  • Cosbe Facility first obtained ISO 9001 in 2006 and GMPC in 2008, supporting Takbo’s long-term commitment to recognised quality systems.

  • During 2015 and 2016, Cosbe Facility passed customer-required factory audits, including audits relating to exported products and standards covering environmental and safety requirements.
